Make loading day easier to plan
If you are arranging transportation separately, describe the truck or other arrangement when you call. Confirm who is responsible for transport, what loading or unloading work is needed, and any equipment requirements before booking.
Prepare a simple inventory of your main furniture pieces and an approximate box count. Mention stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, unusually heavy items, and the distance between the loading area and the entrance. Check building rules and elevator reservations in advance.
Before the agreed arrival time, finish packing, label boxes by destination room, and keep walkways clear. Separate anything that should stay behind. At the destination, decide where large furniture will go and make sure someone can provide access.
Need packing help before loading, or a complete local or out-of-state move? Include those requests in your estimate. Call (520) 528-3274 or use the contact form to describe your needs.
